An authorized user is anyone whom the primary account holder has authorized to make purchases on their Home Depot® Consumer Account. Although the authorized user can make purchases, he/she cannot request account information or make changes to the account.

Payment Information

You can make your payment by mail, at your local store, or through your financial institution.

If your payment was made by mail, please allow 10 business days from the mailing date for your payment to appear on your account. If your cheque has been cashed and does not appear on your statement, please call us at 1-800-747-3787, TTY: Use 711 or other Relay Service.

At this time, the billing process is unable to accommodate changes to the payment due date assigned to individual accounts. Specific dates help us provide you with the highest level of service when processing your monthly statement.

Interest Charges

For Canadian Residents (excluding Quebec):
For deferred interest plans, interest accrues from the purchase transaction date and will be waived if each minimum monthly payment required during the promotional period is paid in full by its payment due date and the purchase price is paid in full by the plan expiration date. If not, interest will be charged at an Interest Rate of 28.8% per annum in accordance with the Consumer Cardholder Agreement.For Quebec Residents:
For deferred interest plans, interest accrues from the purchase transaction date and will be waived if each minimum monthly payment required during the promotional period is paid in full by its payment due date and the purchase price is paid in full by the plan expiration date. If not, interest will be charged at an Interest Rate of 21.5%^ per annum in accordance with the Consumer Cardholder Agreement.˄ If your account was opened prior to March 15, 2020, interest will be charged at a Credit Rate of 23.25% per annum in accordance with your Consumer Cardholder Agreement.
