Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good product with terrible customer service I bought this a week ago and assembled with my teenage son. It took about 8 hours to assemble and we were glad we had an Allen key drill bit because there are a lot of screws. It was a bit tedious and some bad words were said but the overall gazebo looks great. Our complaint lies with the poor customer service. We were missing 4 parts that finish the gazebo roof off. I did initially try to get help from Home Depot and they provided the contact for Hampton Bay. I called Hampton Bay 3 times, waited on hold for more than 90 minutes and was hung up on all 3 times without being able to get the missing parts. We are really disappointed that we can't finish off what really was quite a good product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Misleading information on website I’m giving this a 1 star revue because we bought this gazebo in store with the intention of buying the mosquito netting that the manufacturer is saying that would fit with the gazebo (the manufacturer answered this question twice with the same answer both times that the netting was compatible and even the item number of the netting). The netting was not available in store so we had to order it online. It took us 2 afternoons to put this gazebo together and when I finally got the netting it did not fit. There was a bar missing in the gazebo to attach the netting on. Called hampton bay and a technician reached out saying that yes it should work. Explained the situation again and how it did not fit anywhere, after looking at the details of the gazebo he ended up saying that I was in fact correct and that the netting was not compatible with this gazebo. Now we are stuck with a gazebo that is all assembled and no netting. Getting it disssassembled would just be ridiculous at this point and the misleading information is still up on the website. Very dissappointed.

The hex heads had been poorly formed and had to go to the store to purchase new fasteners and the bolts in the frame were lose which was a headache on its own. Was told in store that this gazebo had netting which could be ordered online. The netting is not compatible as the clips do not fit this model and netting is too short in height. Brought vinyl coated aircraft cable and fastened into frame to hang curtains. Curtains are of poor quality and zipper is missing out of the box. Called home depot and Hampton bay ,was informed that a technician would be getting back to me by days end .....its been 2 weeks and no help or service. if you are looking to purchase a gazebo with netting please choose another gazebo. Now i get to figure out where to buy proper netting :(.

It was a very windy day and is withstanding the gust. It's a solid design, good materials and set up was quite easy with the instructions and extremely well packaged parts.

Why doesn't the manufacture make a screen for this Gazebo Mod GFM30731E. Can you recommend a screen to install. Will the screen for the 12 x 12 Lorston fit the 10 x 10 Gazebo.

Since the whole thing is metal, you can buy any rail kit from any other uni and drill and bolt onto this gazebo. This is what we did, we took down Our older one and reused them. Or you could buy magnet holders and use them to hang the drapes.

Yes you can bolt it down, i did, if the deck is made for the gazebo make sure the deck is secured,. I did most of the assembly on my own. I assembled the top and had help to raise it onto the frame
