- Ideal for soil amendment, planting trees, shrubs, vegetables, flower beds, and lawn top dressing.
- For improving Flower and Vegetable Garden Soil: In the spring apply one bag of 12,5 kg per 1m2 (27.5 lb per 10.76 sq.ft.) of garden area and work into soil thoroughly with a garden rake or shovel.
- Planting New Trees and Shrubs: Mix 1 part of Bella Terra Composted Cow Manure with 1 part Bella Terra Garden Soil, 1 part peat moss and 1 part original ground soil. Use the mixture to back-fill the hole around the roots. Water thoroughly.
- Improving Soil Around Established Trees and Shrubs: In the spring, evenly apply 2 cm (3/4 in.) of Bella Terra Composted Cow Manure around each tree or shrub. Gently work into the soil being careful not to disturb roots.
