This Broan-NuTone utility exhaust fan features 90 CFM to reduce moisture to help prevent mildew at a reasonable noise level of 3,5 Sones on normal speed. It features a permanently lubricated motor with twist-lock installation and a built-in damper to minimize back drafts. This fan features a high-strength, reinforced fan blade and galvanized steel housing that resists moisture. The fan is designed for easy, interior wall installation.
