For many homeowners, building a paver patio or walkway is simply too big and arduous a project. Lots of dirt, digging, hauling and labour. If you ask, most would say, I'll never do that again. Not anymore. Brock PaverBase is a lightweight panel that replaces bag base and most of the sand used in the old way of doing things. Now you can build the patio or walkway of your dreams in a weekend without all the sweat and fatigue. Brock PaverBase offers many advantages over traditional project base construction.

  1. Lightweight and durable expanded polypropylene makes it easier, faster, and a better way to build your project base, and it costs less
  1. Use in all climates (U.S and Canada) cold, hot and especially in freeze thaw regions. 8" thermo-barrier
  1. Channels and holes allow water to flow through the panel into the sand for drainage to avoid ponds on your patio
  1. Medium density material is easy to install and cut with utility knife
  1. Great for installing irregular shaped stones or multi paver patterns you can move your pavers around with ease to match your pattern
  1. Food grade material is environmentally safe, does not leech chemicals into the ground
  1. How many panels do you need, project sq. ft. / 5 equal number of panels
  1. How much sand do you need, project sq. ft. / 12 equal number of bags (for 1/2 -inch sand depth)

  1. Each 5 sq. ft. panel (1 lb.) replaces 4 bags of base (160 lbs.) (1 case equals to 20 panels, weighs 20 lbs. covers 100 sq. ft.)
