I had used half the 24' length the first time and the other half the second time. It expands out about 3" from the 2x4 it is mounted on when the pump is running it is so thin.

My sump pump has a short length of 1.5" ABS pipe coming from the pump. Can I connect this hose kit to that ABS pipe? Thanks

In a normal installation of a sump pump, you would have a check valve installed at the pump discharge, If this is the case, yes, you can connect this drainage pipe using the 1 1/2" male connector included with the hose. Naturally, your 1 1/2" ABS pipe must have a female connector. If you do not have a check valve installed at the pump discharge, please do.

What maximum height can the 1/6 and 1/3 Bur-cam models pump up to with this hose attachment?

This hose is 24 feet long. The pumping capacity are different from pump to pump so you can revise the specifications on the product packaging or at www.burcam.com by selecting the model number. Finally, the friction loss is not included into the capacity charts since each installation are different and it have to be consider in your selection. Using a 1 1/2" hose makes less friction loss so this is an advantage.
