Butterbush is a space-saver in the garden, growing about 4 ft. (1.2 m) wide when planted in well-drained, moist soil. Each of these delicious squash plants produces five butternut-shaped fruits. This Winter squash keeps for months and makes superb pie.

Grow in Full Sun and water at least three times each week in the Summer. Squash plants should be kept free from weeks, however they require minimal care once the vines cover the ground.
