Rated 4 out of 5 by from Loose Ground Wire And Bare Gets Lost Make sure the ground wire and bar are attached. Mine wasn’t. Went back and there were a bunch of loose ones in the bin. More ground connectors than boxes. So I probably wasn’t the first to experience this shortcoming.

What threaded inserts are you meant to use with this? The ones at Home Depot screw about half way in and then stop, seized tight… obviously too big?
