Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mind Blowing Strength!! I own a handyman company and tried this product out while helping a friend paint his trims. He had an outside corner of fascia boards that were curling out at the bottom leaving about a 1/2” gap. He decided to pump it full of this ultra clear caulking and it actually adhered beautifully to both sides and did not sag! After letting it dry, we painted it and the colour transfer is seamless! Absolutely unbelievable. So much so, in fact, that I actually took the time to log into to the Hone Depot site to write about it.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Pretty good, but not the best! It's best to use this material outdoors. The smell is very strong and it cures instantly, giving you zero seconds to tool it. Also, since it's ultra clear, if you get any air bubbles it will be permanently visible. I was planning on using this on my client's shower and after doing one line, they asked me to "STOP" because of the strong odor and they called and complained for 3 days after and I had to return and cut it out and use a different material.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Bad Product Don't waste your time and money with this product. I had a professional painter to seal my shower doors in two showers using this clear type. In less than ten days the Silicone was found to be very loose and it came off spontaneously . The whole Silicone strip came out in one piece. I will never recommend it. I have to redo the job again with unnecessary extra cost.

On the plus side, it dries so fast you won't have to wait long to test your waterproofing job. Also, it is nicely and torally transparent.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Drying time I applied (in my garage) 1/8" - 1/4" on a piece of outdoor furniture 4 weeks ago and it is still sticky. I'm waiting for it to be dry before I take it outside. I understand that it's humid but there's a limit. This is a bit ridiculous.

Is there a date code on the tube?

If there is no code date printed on the package, there will be no way to accurately determine the product's age. Can I use this to seal laminate flooring seems?
