Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! We have a cottage out in the woods, and we always struggle to get a clear radio signal on our receiver inside. The vehicles however, seem to get a good signal, so we knew the possibility was there. A bit of research online, looking at other gadgety antenna things that plug in and light up, and came across some info on these antennas. Further research really suggested that this 'old-school' antenna was going to be what we needed. And sure enough, it was. Pretty cheap too, especially compared to the other antenna/signal booster things you can find online. Tips: This does not come with a pole for mounting. It does have an adjustable mounting bracket, to fit a variety of pole sizes, but you may as well think about how you're going to install it, while you're at home depot. Also, it does not have an antenna wire for hooking it up. The antenna requires a cable with a coax type hookup. Check your receiver, as many don't have that coax antenna hookup, so you'll need a transformer adapter to get the wire hooked up to your receiver. The antenna worked fantastic though. After trying a few other fixes, this was finally our solution. Crystal clear radio signals, even way out in the bush.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works perfectly! Purchased this unit for a retail store. I have tried various antenna's using wires as bunny ears etc. but still no luck. My store is a large metal roof with lots of sub structure inside. Purchased this product to try and capture any station available. Once positioned to the closest wall (still inside), I was able to get every station my car can catch and then some. Great product! Make sure you get the positioning right when installing and it will work well for you.
