I was so excited to learn that I was getting this thermostat. Prior to this one, I was using another smart thermostat (I’m sure you can guess which one) but I have since switched to ecobee. It’s super easy to use and very convenient. It provides information regarding indoor quality and learns your schedule so you don’t need to always adjust it. I also really love the sleek design. The price is comparably to some of the other smart thermostats but certainly worth it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Brilliant Thermostat! Highly recommend. The Ecobee Smart Premium Thermostat, along with the extra sensors purchased, are exactly what I needed. It allows me to monitor the temperature throughout my home, which has a separate guest suite in the two lower levels. I can change the temperature remotely no matter where I am and see what the temperature is on all 4 levels using the app. What is really awesome is I can send an invite through the app to guests so they can adjust the thermostat themselves. It functions exactly the way I hoped it would and I recommend it!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Ecobee is way better than a google nest If you want a smart thermostat..this is the one you want. Easy to use, does what you tell it to, amazing! Love it. I originally had a nest which was a pile of junk. Do not buy nest, treat yourself with a ecobee. Home depot also beat a competitors price by 10%.

Can the ecobee tell the temperature in my bedroom if it is installed physically in the kitchen? Kitchen and bedroom are in different floors. Thanks

We recommend placing the included SmartSensor in the rooms most important to you to measure the temperature and occupancy. Your ecobee smart thermostat will average the temperature of all included SmartSensors in your Comfort Setting.
