The problem is that I ordered installed to have the washer and dryer stacked but neither the person taking the order or the installer said I need to purchase that to have them stacked. For some reason after I ordered it, it occurred to me I’d need something to keep them from falling off when they are stacked. I called Home Depot and they confirmed this but couldn’t send the stacking kit with the washer and dryer so I have to defer the delivery of the W&D until the stacking kit was shipped at a later time (can’t buy them in a store, only online). It was a pain and the installation of the W&D was a nightmare.
