Feit Electrics 2 ft. LED Full Spectrum Grow Light Strip Fixture only uses 27-Watt and comes fully assembled to be used as part of a modular grow light system. This means you can start with the grow lights you need, while adding more lights any time you need it. Flexible connectors give you the option of connecting the grow lights end to end, or side by side using the included brackets. Rated for high humidity, this no-humming LED plant light emits Full Spectrum wavelengths for superior photosynthetic response in the 400nm to 700nm light spectrums preferred for vegetative growth. Hi. Are these on a timer by chance? Are they simply plug in and turn on?

The lights work well, every little square diode works, but I can't see any blue light. All lights are white and red. The description lists these lights as full spectrum which means red, white and blue lights. I bought two and both are the same. Why?

Blue (and red) lights are not required to create full spectrum light. White LED's can be full spectrum on their own. "Full spectrum" is mostly just a marketing buzzword and blue LED's do little to promote plant growth but they look cool so some manufactures add them.

It says “put out little heat” but actually how hot it will be? What colour is this light?  I don’t like pink one since it will be in the kitchen. Thanks.

Grace LED are the type of light that produce the least amount of heat. How "hot" it will be depend where and how you use it. I'm still waiting for mine to arrive but in those wattage you can expect something lukewarm to the touch. If you can install a fluorescent tube then you can install this light. For the light color keep in mind that it's a full spectrum grow light (some that you own eye can't see), the picture from the manufacturer website show a more withe-ish color.
