Eight rounded corners serve as pour spouts that seal up tight or serve as evenly spaced steam vents with our matching lid. Add more control and more variety to your cast iron cooking. When you add a lid, your skillet turns into a steaming, simmering, braising and poaching machine. Our cast iron lid is designed to fit perfectly over our six pour spouts to lock in flavours. Integrated self-basting rings enhance flavours especially when slow simmering sauces or oven braising.
