Rated 1 out of 5 by from Aime pas... J'ai acheté l'ensemble laveuse/sécheuse au mois de mai 2018. Je ne les aime pas. La quantité d'eau est selon la pesanteur des vêtements et ça ne fonctionne pas. Il n'y a jamais assez d'eau pour recouvrir les vêtements, il faut que je change complètement de cycle ou je place 3 ou 4 seau d'eau. Aussi lorsque la pesée des vêtements à laver se faire, ils frottent beaucoup ensemble et cela cause des molletons sur plusieurs vêtements . Je dois placer mes chandails dans des sacs en filet afin d'éviter le frottement. Si je devais acheter une autre laveuse, mon choix serait différent. La sécheuse est moyenne.

I first enjoyed the quietness of the machine but soon discovered that any load takes about an hour of washing! Then when I tried to wash just two throw blankets from my sofa the machine kept showing and error message for being unbalance even after opening and rearranging the load. Then when I attempted to wash just one blanket from my bed, the same thing happened, and even the drain and rinse cycle would not wring the water out of the blanket so I could just hang to dry. I will be calling the company to complain as well.

I had a front loader and it didn't really wash our laundry very well so we decided to replace with a top load when it stopped working and was too expensive to fix. What happened to the old style machines. This particular model redistributes the laundry at the beginning of the cycle and puts it off balance so when it drains the water and tries to spin it goes off balance and stops working. It is not capable of washing one set of bed sheets, i have to redistribute the laundry to get it started again. Very disappointing. What is the point in having a large drum when you can not add more then a regular or smallish load.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not all that impressed This is the first new machine I have had to buy in at least 15 years. Had hoped for better. I find the machine noisy, especially during the water filling. It continues to bang as the computer trys to measure water and temp. Sounds like my pipes are going to burst. Also find that as it is determining the load size it moves the clothes around and creates an uneven load which sometimes makes the machine shake during spinning. Cus Service tells us these things are normal for these new style machines. Kind of wish I still had my old one. It was a lot quieter. There are some nice feature options though.

I have done approximately 10 loads of laundry and every one of them comes out so wrinkled. Clothes that cannot be out in the dryer look like I’ve slept in them they are so wrinkled and those that I cannot iron I just don’t want to wear they look so awful with deep creases and wrinkles. I have tried several different wash settings and load sizes and not let the clothes sit in the washer once complete. Nothing works my clothes and sheets are terribly wrinkled at the end of the wash. So dissatisfied with this washer.

Claimed to be water efficient, smart because it apparently decides how much water and washing it should do. I have never had a washer not wet my clothes before this one, but somehow this is a common occurrence with this machine, unless you use Max Fill, which defeats the purpose of little water usage, as well as it is not available on all settings. I found that if I do sheets/blankets, it always gives me an error code for being unbalanced, have to rearrange the load and restart. You also never get a load done under an hour, which is quite long considering the load size sometimes. As well, as of this week, the pump is dead so I cannot use it anymore. If I had loved my washer I would have gotten it repaired but honestly this is almost a relief (other than financially) as I will now change it. Not impressed.

Par contre, je suis très déçu que la transmission vient de me lâcher. J'ai fait venir le réparateur et pour la réparer me coûte le prix d'une nouvelle laveuse .J'aimerait la faire réparer pour ne pas jeter aux vidange. Ou pourrait t'on trouver une transmission a un prix raisonnable ? Merci

Est-ce que c’est normal quand ma laveuse rince elle ne se rempli pas d’eau pour rincer. Elle spin et de l’eau coule une fois de temps en temps. Elle marquait 76min au début et à son premier spin elle était à 53 min. Le lavage à durée 1hrs45
