Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great storage and lighting but leaky water dispenser We love the storage in the fridge, freezer and in the doors. The deli and vegetable/ fruit drawers are very spacious and the perfect temp. The air filters are pretty neat too (no need for baking soda… or so they claim - time will tell). The lighting is great too. But the water dispenser drips (around 10 seconds after pouring) and it is not cold water. This is a huge issue for us because we really wanted a water dispenser inside the fridge like our other one but this one really disappoints. Also the door features give you the fridge / freezer set temps but not the actual temp. Not a big deal but our other fridge had that extra feature.

I love the crisper filters and seal, they work great and have been keeping my fruits and veggies fresh much longer than any other fridge I have owned. Thanks Frigidaire! However, I ordered this fridge in Jan 2024 and initially Leon’s brought me the wrong one. It was a fight to get this one which did not arrive until late May 2024. Then once it got here they took the doors off and when they put them back on they were terribly out of balance and I was told I was on my own. I complained and Leon’s finally sent out a repair man that had no interest in following your instructions for balancing the doors and eventually left and the doors still are unbalanced.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Spacious Pros: Spacious on the inside- Love the depth of the crisper drawers and the cheese tray. Also it's great that the shelving can be staggered. Love that the exterior is fingerprint resistant. Cons: Food seems to freeze if pushed toward the very back of it. Don't like the controls on the door panel and they seem to he in the way and I'm accidently touching them. Exterior of fridge is fingerprint resistant BUT the handles are not! It's annoying that the prints have ti be wiped off continuously throughout the day. Top space of freezer is too shallow and the bottom seperater slider wall frame is I'll fiting, takes up too much space and is virtually useless.

A slightly larger cubic footage I gained even though fridge is same depth and height as previous kithaid model I had for only 8 years. Love the shelf with option to push back halfway for tall items while still having shelf space behind for shorter items. As my last fridge started gushing water from a part connected to the water line and caused damage to my basement below, I decided not to connect the water feature and have an on the counter ice maker and Brita water pitcher. I use the ice drawer in freezer for storage space. Quiet fridge. Also recommend calling fridgidaire directly for extended warranty options.

The water dispenser is a gem. We like that it’s inside the fridge it doesn’t take away from the beautiful outside of the fridge. The filter is in a great spot, easy to access it. The freezer part is outstanding as well. So much room, nice & deep. Extremely happy with our choice. This is our second Frigidaire fridge. Our 1st we bought in 2003 & it still works!!!! We use it as our secondary one in the garage. Keep it up Frigidaire, your appliances are exceptional!!!!

The crisper drawers open and close smoothly and sturdy. The side shelves are deep and hold a lot. The depth of the fridge is perfect! I love how bright the light shines! The temperature is perfect and easy to adjust. The deli drawer holds a ton of butter, cheeses, deli meat and room for more! The freezer - holds way more food. This model has an ice maker and water dispenser. I didn’t want those features, but this fridge was everything I needed in width and depth. Frigidaire is very quiet when running… maybe I’ll set up the dispensers

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice fridge Bought the fridge last month, had to have a second one delivered because there was a misalignment with the door. Second one came missing part of the crisper drawer assembly. This was sent to me when I called about it. Wish the fridge came a bit cleaner, the water filter was already pressed in, there was some adhesive in the fridge I had to clean out. I do like the layout of the fridge a lot. Freezer, my old fridge had the side by side, which I didn’t like for the fridge space but did like better for the freezer - for organizing things. I think it is a nice fridge overall, just could have been an easier process to get it in, with all parts, and in working order the first time!

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Nice fridge, poor service Got our fridge delivered one year and a week ago - which means the one-year warranty is now finished. However, our problem with the fridge started more than one month before this. The problem: food in the crisper drawers began freezing, as did food in the adjustable temperature drawer. We did what any good consumers would do and phoned Electrolux and, subsequently, had three visits from technicians and parts were replaced. Even though the repairs were covered by warranty, the fridge was not fixed. A follow-up phone call to Frigidaire (Electrolux) today was useless. The warranty is up, we were told, so we can't help you. It appears that accountability is not part of the Electrolux vocabulary.

I have room for a fridge that is 69.5 in height... if I remove the hinge caps will it fit?

Does the Frigidaire Gallery|Model # GRFN2853AF come with a plug for the Water filter so I don't have to keep replacing the water filter?

If you are not planning on utilizing a water filter a bypass filter can be used in its place. For this model refrigerator, the bypass filter is part# A15601102. A Water Filter Bypass is designed for homes that have a whole-house water filtration system. This blank cartridge can be installed in the place of a water filter, bypassing the need for standard water filter replacements. Check with your retailer or you may purchase the bypass filter directly from our website. ~ Anna
