Rated 1 out of 5 by from GE 24 ince Stove not working Its been a month almost facing very frustrating experience after purchasing the 24’ GE stove sensi- temp technology. We have been logging our complaints multiple times to Home Depot as well as the manufacture GE/ Mabe regarding the non-working stove. But they keep sending technician to repair the product and trying to connivence us saying that the technology has been designed such way to maintain the temperature. However, We are tired of explaining that stove is not working also the product is not meant for our requirement. I have two small kids who have been eating uncooked food since long and have been advised by Doctor to stop feeding uncooked foods to kids. Home Depot is asking to catch a hold with manufacture and GE/Mabe is pushing us to blame the store for fixing the problem. However due to their negligence we have been suffering past a month with lots of excuses. The Home Depot is keep escalating matter and currently asking to keep on wait, to receive solution from Store manager. Since last week we have been again waiting for the manager call to solve the issues. They are neither ready to refund not ready for compensation for a new stove. So basically, we have paid for the useless stove $699 plus tax and now they are suggesting to buy new stove. Note : - There are more than 250 people has given bad reviews about the The GE 24” stove is issues over the internet. Check to see google. Henceforth. Please be considerate with our situation and replace with a new non sensi – temp stove. We are ready to pay the differential amount. (New stove price - Old stove Price ) Thanks

Is the bottom on the inside supposed to move around under the burner?

I have a 24 IN/24 PO WIDTH JCAS300 is it normal for the whole of the outside of the stove to get scalding hot when cooking? The stove is in between the wall and kitchen counter. I'm concerned for a fire hazard.
