Rated 3 out of 5 by from Comfortable, nice bag but cheaply made 3 star because the functionality, comfort and price is good, however you get what you pay for, with light use and less then a month and most of the zipper broke, now it's been about 9 months and the top of the bag has fallen apart and torn . It was not abused and I do part time service work with it. Unfortunate but I will probably pick up. A Klein next time

I just wish it had a pocket on the outside for a water bottle . And it’s a pretty narrow bag . It’s hard to fit anything extra in there ,

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sturdy Bag - Terrible Zipper Pull Tabs I asked for and received this as a Christmas gift having been a long time user of other Husky tool bags. Overall I am very happy with the bag. Very sturdy, lots of pockets of slips to hold a variety of tools, great padding on the straps etc. My two complaints are a) front side heavy (a minor complaint) and b) poor zipper tabs. a) I have tried packing my tools in a variety of different ways but the bag always seems to want to fall forward when I unzip and open the main pocket. b) This is my biggest complaint. I had this bag for a little under two months when the first zipper pull tab broke. And I don't mean the pin bent and it slipped out I mean the tab itself broke. I month or so later, the 2nd tab broke. I don't feel I am unusually rough with my equipment and always try to make sure the two sides are lined up to reduce pressure on the tabs when closing etc. Not huge issues but it is a bit irritating when you have a product for less than 4 months and you're already using 2 zip ties!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointed I had this bag not even 6 months. The bag started coming apart slowly and now I can only out a little bit of hand tools in the main pocket. Very disappointing with the whole situation. Plus home depot wouldn't honor the warranty on it also.
