The description on the Home Depot Canada website states that the 310 will handle any thickness of wood from 1/2 -1 1/2” but only has stops at 1/2, 3/4 and 1 1/2 inches.Can it be accurately used to join 1" material?

Thank you for your inquiry. For the 1", you will be using the 3/4" settings with the 1-1/2" screw.

Thanks for the question. The setting would depend on the actual thickness of the material. If the material measure 3/4" you would set you Kreg Jig for 3/4" material and use the Kreg 1 1/4" Coarse Thread Screws. If the material measures 23/32" you would use the 3/4" setting with the Kreg 1" Coarse Thread Screws.
