Rated 3 out of 5 by from Washing Clothes as it must do. Time will tell I bought this washing and it was delivered on December 7, 2023. So far, it is washing well and doing what it is supposed to do. I like the fact that it has a load sensing capacity and it 30 minutes of wahing I get clean clothes. The next load it sensing feature added more time of 42 minutes. Great features. I hope it last 10 years. I got all the warranties and read the instructions. I will wipe the door and inside of the drump of water. Monthly cleaning will be done. I will come back after 1 year of use to give a review

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Boring quiet machine that you may notice vibrating Works well, will spin the heck out your clouths but is still pretty quiet. It does shake a bit when it spins and can be felt when you are close to it but after a week of use I do not notice it running. Unlike our old machine that was so loud that you had to plan around it and it was in the basement. This one I only noticed during the spin, and the speed of the spin can be turned down too ... But I just leave it on the "ai"/auto and let it figure stuff out ( unless it's sheets then it activates a steam clean feature)

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor child lock feature design It works fine, I'm putting a low rating because the child lock feature is useless. It doesn't lock the power button. And when you turn the power back on after your kid turned it off in the middle of the cycle, the machine has no idea what it was doing. If you try to restart the same cycle, the "ai" will give you longer estimate because of all the water in the drum adding to weight.

Only thing is it still has a noticeable chemical smell, which was very strong at first. Doesn't seem to transfer to clothes though, and is getting better with time. Happy with this purchase.

Two people asked the same question below - can this washer be run manually by hand selecting temperature and cycles without using AI or a smart phone. One answer was yes, it can be and the other answer was no, it can't be. Which one is correct?

Why are all the reviews for a 4.5 cu ft washer. This model indicates it's a 5.2 cu ft. Just wondering if there's an error in the marketing.

Does the light in the drum turn OFF after some time? It is nice to have it when unload but my concern is about after-wash: if I leave the door open for a better inside ventilation (to prevent mold), so wondering about if the light stays ON for entire day?
