Rated 3 out of 5 by from Terrible installation service While the dryer is fine, the service that Home Depot used to install it was terrible. The dryer would not dry for hours when I first got it, then when I inspected the installation of the vent foil, the guy installed it exactly as the illustration on the guide says not to do. He used the entire box of vent foil without cutting it at all. It was a messy spool of vent behind the dryer, so of course there was no air flow whatsoever. Once I cut the foil myself into the shortest possible length, the dryer worked fine. I cannot believe a service that Home Depot themselves sent to us did this level of amateur and non-caring job.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Just received our washer and dryer, looks great, haven't used it yet, but upon opening the dryer door,noticed it didn't have a light inside, strange, never had a dryer with no light inside, must have been a money cut back, 😀🤔😆 , can't review yet as I haven't used the set yet, price good for 2024, in my opinion could still be at least 100.00 cheaper per washer and dryer, my opinion,

Rated 1 out of 5 by from HORRIBLE DRYER! DO NOT RECOMMEND! I bought a house a few months back and this dryer was already in it. It DOES NOT DRY ANYTHING. Whether it is full, 1/2 full, or just a few items. Does not matter. It dries for a few minutes and shuts off. I contacted LG, since I was not the original purchaser I had no idea when the dryer was manufactured. Turns out, IT WAS ONE YEAR PRIOR! And since I wasn’t the original purchaser, I was out of luck for the warranty (which, is fair, I suppose). HOWEVER, a one year old dryer should be more than capable of drying a few items of clothing (OR A DRYER FULL OF CLOTHES!!). I should also mention the lint catcher is absolutely useless, everything just falls to the bottom of the dryer, which I’m sure is a factor in why the machine doesn’t work. When you look up the lint catcher in the manual vs when you look it up on LGs website, two different parts come up. So I don’t even know if I have the correct piece. I would just not even waste your time and money on this dryer and keep shopping.
