This Broan-NuTone bathroom fan upgrade kit features 60 CFM to remove moisture and reduce the risk of mold or mildew in most full baths and at a noise level of 3.0 sones on normal speed. This upgrade kit allows you to convert your old bath fan to a new one without the need to purchase a completely new fan. It will improve the performance, reduce the sound level and upgrade the appearance of your economy fan in minutes.

No special tools are required. The kit has everything you need including new motor assembly, a grille and complete step-by-step instructions
