Perennial Ryegrass is known for its quick germination (5-10 days) and establishment, it's often used for quick patches, germinate rapidly, between 5 to 10 days.

Seeding method of application: Loosen the top 2 centimeters of soil by breaking up clumps and leveling the surface. Add lime if necessary to adjust the soil pH. For best results, apply starter fertilizer. Spread the seed in two applications. Apply half going left to right, and the other half from front to back. Lightly rake the soil to cover the seeds with a thin layer of soil (about 8 mm). Then compact the soil by rolling it with a water-filled roller. Water deeply with a fine spray. Keep the soil moist for 2 to 3 weeks. For best results, apply lawn fertilizer 5 weeks after seeding.

Overseeding method of application: Mow the lawn very short. Rake vigorously. Spread the seeds in two applications. Apply half from left to right, and the other half from front to back. Water deeply with a fine spray. Keep the soil moist for 2 to 3 weeks. For best results, apply fertilizer according to the season.

A 1.5 kg bag covers 40 to 80 square meters (430 to 860 sq. ft.)
