An update to the P-800 plastic/laminate cutter, the PC-L features a ratchet-wheel for secure blade extension and retraction, and unlimited blade positioning. Sharp and durable, this tool continues to easily score sheet plastics and laminates to enable the precise breaking of plastic materials. Includes a reversible tungsten steel PB-800 blade inserted plus 2 replacement blades in the handle. Fits PB-800 blades.
