Was purchased to replace yearly clear polyethylene replacement---but didn't even last as long!! Possible manufacturing defect?? Not recommending for outdoor use or window covers!

Can it be used as a vapour bariier underneath a ground deck and survive Calgary winter at -40C?

It is not recommended that this weight be used for outdoor use. A heavier product would be more appropriate for this application.

Is this uv light resistant
