This DVR provides you with full D1 resolution, the highest resolution available to DVRs! A larger image makes it easier for you to identify people and objects. Setup your machine to send email alerts when motion is detected, the hard drive is full or when one of its cameras experiences video loss. Simultaneously record, view or back up video through your DVR, computer or network. Expect clear and crisp images with captured activity. The included QM6008B cameras are high-resolution, premium cameras with 600 TV lines of resolution, 100 feet (30m)of night vision, and 36 infrared LEDs. These cameras have an anti-glare feature, with dual-filter day & night auto switching and ready-made with a pre-assembled, 3-axis mount for easy placement on a wall, ceiling, or other flat surface. - On the DVR, choose between CIF or D1 recording resolutions to determine the resolution and size of the video images. CIF offers real-time recording resolution at a rate of 30 frames per second (per camera) resulting in a smooth playback of fluid video motion and a standard size video image. D1 offers larger broadcast-quality video useful for the recognition and identification of people and objects. You can record high quality video using either option, and determine your hard drive storage needs.
- Record and store video footage on the pre-installed 1 Terabyte SATA A/V hard drive. This system supports 1 hard drives up to 2 TB each. Your chosen recording and resolution settings will determine the amount of footage you can save on the hard drive before employing an over-write.
