Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible Product! This product is great... for the first 5 minutes. Then the tip gets so worn that it's difficult to use. My pens tips got so worn down that I could't depress them anymore to make the product come out. I ended up having to remove the top, empty the product into a small bowl and dip the ever dwindling tip into it. Awful! Also, do not try to use with small tiles. The tip is too large for the grout lines and you will end up smearing the paint all over the tiles, as well as removing it from the grout lines when you try to wipe it off. The product is also not opaque enough, so you need more than one coat unless your tile is almost white already. I wish I could give this less than one star.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great grout pen! I bought this and love the result! Originally my contractor has applied a darker color grout on my shower tile and I hated it. So I go online and found this pen hoping it can lighten the grount color. Just like other review, the tip worn out quite fast but consider the fact that it is rubbing on a rough surface and worn out is quite reasonable. Plus for that price, I am more than satisfied with the result. Only that we applied a bit too much at first and it looks so white. I suggest not to press so hard to give it a more natural white look.

Followed instructions and tiles went from nasty dingy brown back to bright white. Just applied last week and looks great. Not sure about long term but for the price and time it took I don’t care if it needs to be done later down the road. But definitely does not cover as much square footage as it says on package

As you'll see from other reviews, the tips do disintegrate quickly, you'll never use all the product in the pen. Also it mostly washed off the grout after 3 showers. The product only works upright so won't really do walls well. Might be ok for a normal floor but basically a waste of money for the shower
