The Safety 1st Lever Handle Lock helps keep children out but does not detract from the attractive handle design. The child resistant, press and slide design with the dual release preventing child tampering but easy for parents to use. It is the only safety aid exclusively designed for French Door Style Lever Locks. It uses existing door lever hardware and no additional screws required.

Universal design accommodates such brands as Defiant, Kwikset, and Schlage.

Actual Schlage key blanks and tumbler pins are not compatible with these rim cylinder locks. The cylinders and keys from other locks can be re-keyed to match this lock and key, however, these keys and cylinder cannot be re-keyed to match the other locks.
