Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't clean properly I bought the set, for my laundry room from Home Depot. The order came 6 days later. The guy told me that I have 48 hours. But didn't understand what he meant. Because the seller at the shop told me that "you have 30 days to bring them back, no questions asked ". The washer didn't clean properly the clothes. The Resolve to remove stains didn't disolve and the softner was on top of all the clothes. I did an extra rinse and nothing. So I programmed it once again from the start. So three cycles to be able to clean the clothes. Also, too noisy. Next day ( 5 days after the delivery), I called the Home Depot for return it and they say that I had only 48 hours to decide to keep the set or not. Note: I got the extended warranty as well so it was a lot of money. If they clean their hands after 5 days, what will happen after a year? Customer Sevice zero. No recommended the this washer at all, either Home Depot as a provider. The after sale is one of the main reason why everyone goes to Costco instead. I learn my lesson. Avoid the mistake!
