Does the 2" screws work with the hex head washer? The gauge size on the 2" screw (.250) seems to be slightly different then the 3 1/2" screw (.220) Is this correct and will the washer work with 2" screws?

Hi MILRTME10, this is Lexus from Simpson Strong-Tie. The Outdoor Accents® hex-head washer is code listed (IAPMO UES ER-192) and is designed to be used exclusively with the Outdoor Accents structural wood screw, which the smallest size it comes in is 3 inch.
