Rated 5 out of 5 by from Garage make over! I installed these tiles in my garage two months ago and I must say that it now looks great! They protect my drywall from water damage when washing my car, dirt and from everyday traffic (ie. car doors). It was a 3 hour job to install 140 tiles and didn't need anything other than a level, pencil and box cutter. My neighbours have seen my garage in which they couldn't believe their eyes, they thought I had installed real marble. They have since started their own Smart Tiles projects in their own garages now!!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good pre-renovation solution Smart Tiles are a great temporary solution to the problem of mushroom/flower tiles from the 70s in my kitchen. We're not quite ready for a full reconfiguration and renovation, so this buys us a little time to think about what we want to do down the road. Lots of compliments from company - I can see that they're stickers and I can see where they're not perfectly applied, but nobody else has noticed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from great finish these are really great for the finished look for the tiles. They are easy to install and really give the tiles an upscale look. We have recommended this product to at least four of our friends who were looking to spruce up a backsplash.  All of them have either ordered or are going to order the tiles and this product.  Two of them had seen a similar product but it was not made in Canada so we gave them all the information they needed to get the best product.  We have used the tiles in our kitchen at our home and are now installing them in our winter park model.  They are cost effective and look great.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from One important tip... I wish I had learned this earlier, rather than later. I understood the idea of overlapping the tiles. But one bit of advise - overlap them at the "grout" line so that it is right up against, but not over the previous tiles raised "glass" piece. If you do not overlap the "grouting" 100%, the spacing is off and you can see the reoccurring 10 inch joint.

So beautiful and so easy to install, in total it took us 1.5 hours and it would have taken less but I was extra picky. I would highly recommend this to anyone!!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Big Bloks = Big Coverage Looks good once there is more than one Blok on. I wish that I had a video demo for these large bloks (vs the interlocking ones.) On my initial wall I did not overlap and so it looks like stickers vs. the imitation grout line I was trying to visually create. Also, it was very difficult to remove without destroying my drywall. So once the first Blok was laid down it was 100% commitment! Really love the size as it gives very good coverage. Over all it looks decent and I'm hoping it helps with easy cleaning in the future. Two possible improvements: 1) placing a grid on the peel off paper on the back? 2) Selling smaller blocs so I can get the faux grout line for small fill in pieces on the ends or fillers. Overall, it works!

I do wish there was a discount for more tiles (I only got two per package and it got quite pricey...), but am still happy. With all the cuts, I managed to finish this project in 3 hours, by myself. Attaching the before/after for reference :)

Will these stick over top of a glass tile backsplash?

Hello, Smart Tiles can be installed over existing backsplash as long as the existing surface is not textured. You must also take into consideration the width and depth of your existing grout lines as this might affect the outcome. Some tiles’ shapes (ex: diamond) have more texture than others. We recommend testing with 1 or 2 Smart Tiles also featuring texture before doing the full wall.
