Stanley pays tribute to its rich history with the introduction of its traditional Sweetheart planes & chisels and Bailey planes. Sweetheart tools are named after William H. Hart who was president of Stanley from 1884 to 1915. Bailey planes commemorate a line of tools that wa originally designed by legendary Boston toolmaker Leonard Bailey.
