Featuring exposed filament bulbs, this chandelier's poly-crystalline solar panel charges its batteries daily for up to 8 hours of illumination. 15 ft. of lead wire from the solar panel to the chandelier allows for easy positioning and screws, tie wraps, and Velcro are included for installation. Lighting level is good if you are using something else for lighting also (I have my hottub lights on at the same time.) If you don't have secondary lighting you will find it dim. But hey it,s solar

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Disappointing Quality The quality of this product is very disappointing. The individual light fixtures are not mounted on the ring properly. The light fixtures are supposed to be mounted vertically on the supporting ring. The unit which we received has several of the fixtures mounted on an angle, such that the glass covers are actually touching the bulbs inside. It is embarrassing when our friends point out this flaw in our newly installed light fixture!

It comes on as soon as it is dark outside. the little solar charger can be set up in several ways so it was easy to set it up on top of our gazebo.

How does this chandelier turn on and off? Is there a remote?

It does turn on and off. The switch is on the solar plate that you attach to the side of the gazebo.

My Light stopped working after the first year, put new batteries in but did not help. Checked all connections (all found good). Is there anyway to get a replacement solar panel & cord for this light so it can work again?

Mine did the same thing. Would love an answer to this question as it's a beautiful unit with a useless solar part. For the price, it should have come with something that works for more than 1 season (we even brought it in for the winter).
