Rated 1 out of 5 by from Customer support really bad. Used to be good but has gotten to be extremely bad. 1. Tech support seems to be in Indonesia or the Philippines. Support doesn't understand what the reported issue is and provide canned solutions which isn't related to the problem. 2. Events stopped being recorded from 11pm to 8am. This is a problem as a lot of criminal activities in the area happen in that time period. 3. Events not being recorded during the day. 4. The only way to contact support is through the app, which is a tedious and painful experience. You have to wade through multiple canned and unrelated issues before you can file your issue. 5. App is extremely slow and often won't register what you're trying to do, so you have to repeatedly redo it 6. Useless features get added regularly which breaks previously functioning features

Asked to speak to a manager/supervisor, was told because I'm out of warranty I cannot speak with anyone, I can only email. Ridiculous.

Installed the pan to cover the front entrance and I also have a Wyze Cam v3 for the back door and they both work flawlessly on 24 hour recording with 256Gb micro SD cards.I also have the subscription for both cameras since it was affordable. So far so good.. Definitely recommend.

Install the 2nd one like 1 month after but did not get my free wyze cam plus. I contacted wyze tech support (Marnelli) but no help at all. Tech support lack of experience and less knowledge!

Can this camera be mounted on a wall and if Yes, do you have to purchase a mount?

You can wall mount it, or upside down mount it. The app lets you rotate the image 180 degrees. You don't need to buy a mount. Mine is mounted under my soffit on the garage. Remember you have to get power to it.

I have cam v3, and am thinking of replacing with this pan camera. Will the cable of the new camera fit in the cam v3 power cable?

not sure about that. The Pan v3 uses micro usb but the cable is an L shape to go under the base of the camera
