Zep Stain Resistant Floor Sealer is a ready-to-use water emulsion, metal interlock, acrylic copolymer floor sealer formulated to provide floors with a crystal clear gloss coating. Protects the floor from asphalt/petroleum and common food and drink stains. Increases gloss of subsequently applied top coats on porous industrial floors. Use a base coat under Zep Commercial High Traffic Floor Finish. Coverage is approximately 1500 square feet per gallon. Recommended on most types of interior floors including rubber, asphalt tile, vinyl composition, terrazzo, unfinished concrete and no-wax vinyl that have lost the original factory finish. Not recommended for use on wood, marble, granite, natural stone, painted or stained concrete, or glazed ceramic tile.
