Rated 5 out of 5 by from Totally clear!! This Zep Pro Strength Gel Drainer Opener is dynamite. Not actually, because that would probably mess up your pipes even more than they were before, but it's really great at opening up stoppages. My sink was completely rammed due to brushing after every meal, accelerated hair loss from poor meal choices and heavy hand washing. Pour half a jug of Zep Pro Strength Gel Drainer Opener into the drain, pour some piping hot water down there a half an hour later and my drain was right back to sucking down nail clippings like it was no problem at all! This stuff is great! Make sure you open windows before you use it - it doesn't smell great, but if you have a clog like mine, you probably don't have a good smell to begin with. Zep Pro Strength Gel Drainer Opener, you saved my drain!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It worked!! Bought the Zep brand because it was a lot cheaper than the name brand and you get more. My drain wasn't exactly clogged it was more slow, but very slow. I poured the product down the drain in 450 ml increments as instructed on the package and waited 15 minutes. It didn't work so I tried other drains in the house again with 400 ml and it still didn't work. Then I started to wonder if I needed standing water in the pipes for it to work, because it says it's a "clog remover" so I filled up my bathtub, and as it was draining very, very slowly I poured about a quarter of the bottle down the drain. It must have helped that it sat in the pipe with the water because it instantly cleared and my pipe began draining normally with the most satisfying "PLOP" sound I've ever heard in my life! I almost want to clog my drain again just to get that satisfaction of the water letting go. Try this method if you're using product on a slow drain and it's not clogged all the way and it will probably work. 5 stars, I'm gonna go have a bath.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Forget This Product !! The write up on the label made me feel the product was great. I got home, used the product as directed - Twice. Did absolutely nothing. Drain did not run any quicker. I then tried good old Draino Kitchen Crystals Clog Remover. Worked the first time. So, for me, I suggest never to use this product and use Draino Kitchen Crystals Clog Remover.

Tried half a bottle then that drained then used hot water and it just filled up again. Did not work for me and first time with this product I’ve used others before

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works but not fast. I use for drain clogs in the bathtub. After, running hot water and the bath is drained slowly because of the clog. I add 1 cup and leave it till I get home in the evening. Then I run the hot water again and the clog is gone. If you have the time to wait this product does a fantastic job. For a quick fix clog use a crystal based product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Look no further...This thing is the best. The drain in my kitchen was completely clog and my drain snake wasn't up to the task. I went to Home Depot to rent a large drain auger but they weren’t available. At last, I bought 2 jars of this stuff and I pour it down the drain and I left it to work overnight. The next morning the drain worked again. To help clean it better I slowly poured a couple of gallons of boiling water down the drain. It’ has been 7 months and it’s been working fine ever since.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Didn’t clear the fat clog Unfortunately the drain cleaner did not clear the blockage... I had to open the pipe from below. The blockage was from years of fat and grease build up in a kitchen pipe.
