Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money I bought this 12-Inch 2,300 PSI Electric Pressure Washers Surface Cleaner a few weeks ago, it has not performed as expected at all, using it on my deck it continuously would stop spinning and would leave marks on the surface, if I lifted it up or stop the water flow it would spin again but only for about 15 seconds before it stopped spinning again, I will try to return it as it ridiculous and frustrating

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Works great on my concrete! I have 2400 sq ft of concrete to clean around our pool and patio. I bought this hoping it would help clean it and I was not disappointed! It probably only took me 3 hours to clean the concrete (broomed finish). I wish I bought this years ago. The concrete hasn't looked this good since it was poured! I took it nice and slow (not too slow) and on severe dirty areas I would either do a really slow pass (pulling was easier) or I would go perpendicular to my first past. Pleasantly surprised at how good a job this did. I just hope it lasts!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Saves so much time! This is a great surface cleaner for my electric pressure washer. I've used it on both wooden and concrete decks and it's worked perfectly on every occasion. There's enough pressure to clean without damaging the wooden decks. Just make sure you keep it moving. Don't let it sit there in one spot without moving it. I liked that this surface cleaner doesn't spread the dirty water onto the walls or glass panels of our glass deck railings, unlike using a stream to pressure wash the decks. Add to that the fact that my cleaning time for the decks has been easily cut by 2/3 if not more. You'll still need to use the normal stream to get into the corners but this makes cleaning big, open areas a breeze. I've used it four times on large decks and I'm very happy with this surface cleaner.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Ryobi Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner The 1/4" quick disconnect works well with non-Ryobi washers. Wish I'd known about before--saves so much time and does a better shop on larger surfaces (patio, driveway, entryway) than just the pressure wand. Much faster and easier and more consistent clean with the rotating heads. Just remember to clean off any debris before cleaning, and will need to spray to get rid of the dirt afterwards. Still about 1/3 of the time to clean than with just the power washer wand.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Low quality - falls apart very quickly! I've used this maybe 4 times, like many, the first few times it works. The second, well, you have to go a lot slower. And then . . . . really really slow. Might as well not use it. But, before the fourth time, the pressure is popping water out everywhere. I mean, you'd assume this was meant for the 2,300 PSI sprayer?!? Then, you reach out to support, and, after waiting for 40 min, they request you text. Text can't understand a thing. Talk about frustrating

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't waste your time, total JUNK. I had confidence in the Ryobi brand, but this product is total junk. Right out of the box it did not work. It produced squiggly lines, then started spraying water at me out of the top. I won't even bother trying a second one, as I've read many reviews describing the same problems. I would give it zero stars if I could. Thank you to Home Depot for your return policy.

Last year, I borrowed a friend's gas pressure washer and didn't use one of these - it took about 8 hours to pressure wash all my patios, sidewalk, driveway! This year, I bought my own pressure washer with this gadget and it truly took me only maybe 2 hours!!! This thing ROCKS.

A little more pressure than what it was rated for. Did the job and worked great. Much better and faster than using the wand. For the price I would recommend this.

I bought this 12 inch surface cleaner but it does not come with a handle. Not sure how it works.  Do I need to buy a pressure washer as well?  I don’t want a gas pressure washer.  I just want to clean my patio and some stairs.

You need to use the wand that comes with a pressure washer. I have a Ryobi electric pressure washer. It cleaned my deck well and quickly.

Is this product safe to use on composite decking such as timberteck?

What is the jet head material made from? Plastic, brass or another material?
