Rated 5 out of 5 by from Rigid tools are built with quality This combo kit has excellent quality and the best specs in the same price range among all brands. The torque is tremendous, one should use impact driver-rated bits. The manuals are precise and concise, easy to read. The bag is well-designed with a wide zippered top opening. I got almost instant 800 number support for product registration. I bought this kit after I refunded the more popular Mil* brand twice in a roll because of their non-functioning battery chargers and unresponsive 800 number support. So, I decided to try Rigid and am not disappointed. In addition, Rigid has Lifetime Service Agreement warranty.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor after sales support I cannot tell you how disappointed and angry I am with your support or to be honest the complete lack thereof. I have tried Emailing phoning/texting to try to get a repair done to an impact driver that I purchased on 2020. Home Depot and Ridgid go to great lengths to make this process as complicated as possible to ensure that your victims give up on the process and buy another tool. Buyer beware you will get absolutely no help from Home Depot if you have an issue with the tool they will simply shuffle you off to Ridgid

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Would buy again. Super solid. I have older models of both in my workshop at home (still going strong) but needed these for my toolbox at work. I was pleasantly surprised to see a sturdy all-metal chuck on the drill, and the 3-mode setup for the impact driver is a nice improvement over the older model.
