Ignore any of the bad reviews about the color of the tile - they clearly state they have a cement effect, so if this is what you’re looking for, this is it! If you’re looking for pure white, don’t buy and you won’t have to be negative Nancy... the color hides any smudge or dirt mark well which is exactly what we needed with our children. Great tile! May very well use them for our upstairs bathroom next. PS grout is truffle, also from Home Depot.

I was worried that they would chip easily considering they are quite thin, but so far so good. If I could choose them again I would! So stylish and modern. Love the final look. Get them!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful Tiles Great-sized tile. Just finished lying the tile. You can use a tile cutter to cut these tiles. If you are using a tile saw, make sure the blade is sharp and the water full. It is very "chip-y" when using a grinder/saw, compared to ceramic. Otherwise looks great. Plan how you would like to lie you tile, so no cuts are visible

I needed an extra box and the ones purchased from another home depot and the finish was much shinier. It wasn’t too bad to install. I’m verrry happy with the finished floor. Installed it myself and it’s my first go installing a hex tile with last tile install over 20 years ago.

how many sq/ft is one? All the other tiles have the sq ft on them per box... how do you calculate how many you need? thanks!

There are 10 tiles in a box. Each box covers 2.80 square feet. I would include a picture of the box to show but it won’t let me. I was so confused ordering this online with all the different answers but I have the box infront of me. 10 tiles = 2.80 square feet

I used a medium gray grout with the black tiles and I am left with weird stains - help! I did use a sealer on the tiles before I grouted - might this be the problem?

This is a porcelain tile, so it will not take a sealer. The sealer and grout are simply stuck on top of the tile. Use the sealer stripper from the same brand of sealer you bought, and remove the sealer. You may also have grout haze after, which can be removed separately if needed. But the key is to take the sealer back off the tile.

Is this tile good for shower floors? and how many would you need per sq foot?

Each piece covers 0.28 sqft. Therefore, you need 3.6 tiles to cover each square foot. These tiles could be used in a shower depending on the size of the shower, but check with your contractor. It is easier to build the proper slope with a smaller format tile depending on the size of your shower floor and the slope they need to provide.

Is the “acqua” tile grey with blue undertones.... Or more blue? Thx

Appears to be more blue in colour and ours are placed on the floor. The walls are light grey. Both blend quite well. It seems to make a Wow factor when seen. I also believe that the tiles are classic and not run out of style Hope this has helped. Good luck

Hello, as I calculate how many I will need can you confirm that one tile cover 56 squared inches (=0.38 squared feet)?

I am getting this calculator https://www.omnicalculator.com/math/hexagon Then I would be using the Apothem (r) with 1/2 of the chosen grout. In my case it would be 40.64in2 or 0.2822ft2. I hope my answer is helpful.
