Rated 5 out of 5 by from Beautiful This fountain is gorgeous and I love the white doves at the top which totally set it off. I love that the fountain is simple looking and not overly done, again with the doves adding the best part to really make it lovely.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth the money Funny, my first review was removed. Don't buy this fountain. Ours has been nothing but a headache, came with no pump, tried going into the Ancaster store and they just shrugged their shoulders saying they couldn't help us because it was an online purchase. 2 days after installing the pump the paint started coming off and a couple weeks in and it looks old now from the flaking paint. Do yourself a favour, when it gets stocked again, don't buy it, it's not worth the pricetag.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Looks great, has issues due to paint. Upon receiving the fountain we were quite happy with the construction, fit and color. Set up was very easy and looked great. Unfortunately the manufacturer did not use a color in the "concrete ", but used paint that is not made to be immersed in water. One month later, any surface the is submerged is peeling off and plugging the pump which has to be cleaned daily. Quite disappointed with the paint quality.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Lovely fountain but paint peels off if water spray This is a WONDERFUL fountain. Easy to put together and quite sturdy. I love the sounds it makes with both the fountain tops spewing water. The only issue is that I sprayed it out a few times to clean bird poop and the paint off the top portion of the fountain has been peeling off. So that was annoying for the price.

However, the paint peels The fountain Is good value for the money, however as other reviewers have said the paint failed to adhere to the cement and is peeling off after just several weeks. I really like the fountain and will keep it and will repaint it with a quality cement paint this winter.

It keeps settling and coming off level just to say it throws the fountaing water flow off on 1 side. The small birds love it and we enjoy watching the birds it attracts.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice addition to the Garden A very nice outdoor fountain that added a peaceful look to my backyard garden. Very easy to assemble. Only one fault, one screw was missing from one of the birds so I had to find a screw and glue it on in order to secure the bird to the fountain.

do you need it to put it inside during winter or you can just leave it covered?

As a result of the risk of damage that can be caused by the freeze and thaw cycle, we advise drying and storing this product in a covered location during freezing temperatures. Fountain bowls, risers, pedestals, tops / finials and other components that collect or sit in water should not be left outside in freezing temperatures. Any piece that has the ability to hold water, snow or ice, or any part that is placed directly on the ground surface can be affected. Any piece that has been continuously submerged in water, such as the bowl or riser requires adequate time to dry properly before it is stored.

I set up this fountain today.  I would like to remove the arch and birds. Can I just saw them off, or would that damage the integrity of the fountain?

So, the birds have adapted to the arch, but there is a problem.  The brown finish is peeling off.  This is after 5 days of use.  What gives?  Has anyone else experienced this?  Is it toxic to birds?

We just ordered this fountain and absolutely love it. But, it came with these stone like things on strings. Does anybody know what you're supposed to do with them?

The stones with strings attached are part of an optional feature included with select fountains. When draped over a spill point (or through a spill pipe), they help to regulate both sound and splash generated by the fountain. The weighted end (with stone attached) should be placed in the uppermost bowl, while the line can either drape across the spill point or through a spilling pipe, depending on the design of the fountain.
