Hard to bond on the wall and water is leaking on the bottom. Gasketing need to be improved. The shower looks bigger with this door installed. Installation level is medium.

Can it open inwards in addition to outwards?

Will this fit win for a 24 x 80?

If your finished alcove is 24 in. wide at its max points, we recommend going with our 23.75 to 24.25 in x 80 in. model. Also, you will need slightly higher clearance than 80 in. ceiling for this model, as the hinged glass panel itself is 80 in. tall. You can consider our KINKADE (no XL) 23.75 to 24.25 in x 72 in. model if you that will provide the vertical room if needed. No matter which model your choose - Aston highly recommends, if not requires, professional installation with at least two adults in the process due to the heavy nature of the glass and adjustability process. Are the hinges adjustable (ie do they allow for some slight lateral adjustment of the door toward or away from the wall)? We have an older door that needed to be adjusted after 10 years and it was easy to do with adjustable hinges.

Once installed, does the door swing both ways, in and out? What is the entrance width once installed? (i.e. door & hinge = 1 inch when fully open, therefore a 29.25" finish = 28.25" entrance)

Hi Boris - thank you for your interest in Aston for your bathroom remodel. Yes - this luxurious door, when properly installed to your finished three-wall alcove, can swing both inwards and outwards. Its also reversible for left or right hand installation. The walk through entry opening once installed for this specific model (28.75 to 29.75 in x 72 in.) is 26-7/8 in. Professional installation is highly recommended, if not required, with at least two adults taking part in the process. Thank you!

Will this door work with 23.5" Width? I am aware states 23.25 but no option I know of at the 72" Height (frameless). Will the L bracket enable the extra .25" coverage?

Thank you your your interest in Aston and the popular KINKADE Completely Frameless Shower Door Collection. If your finished alcove width is 23-1/2in., you could opt for our 22.75 - 23.25 in. x 72 in. KINKADE model and have your contractor purchase a third party, slightly wider clear vinyl leak seal vertical strip that's at least 72 in. long and will fit glass 10mm thick. This should compensate for the 1/4 in. gap after adjustability with this model. It's not an L bracket, its two clear seals that go on the exterior edges of the tempered glass panel. For this instance, and most others, Aston highly recommends, if not requires, professional installation by a licensed contractor with at least two adults in the process due to the heavy nature of the glass and adjustability process. Please do not DIY this install unless you are experienced. Thank you!

Does the shower door swing both inwards and outwards on the supplied hinges, so a full 180 Degrees?

Thanks for your interest in Aston for your remodel. The hinge door of the KINKADE Completely Frameless Shower Door swings outwards and inwards. If its not a perfect 180-degree swinging motion, its very close. The outward swing of the hinged panel is 90-degrees and the inward swing motion should be near identical depending on your alcoves interior space. Thank you!

On these type of doors how do you prevent water seepage along bottom sweep and side edges? The number of hotels I’ve been in that have these frameless doors and at the end of the shower, the floor outside is soaked!

Its very important that you measure the width of your finished alcove, at its MAX points to ensure you choose the custom-style width model that's right for your bathroom.
