Rated 4 out of 5 by from Bosch 800 Series Stove (This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The unit has been is service for 1 year. Pros: Looks good and operates satisfactority thus far. Cons: The unit has malfunctioned twice whereas a power off/power on reset was sufficient to correct deficiency. In one case the oven did not correctly regulate oven temperature (serious overheated) and the oven fan would not shut down following oven use. Malfunctions have not repeated. Recently warming drawer runners/slides have malfunctioned and the drawer no longer parks in the closed position.

We have a dishwasher and a fridge that have been wonderful so I believed the same would be true of this oven but I have been deeply disappointed. For a product of this price I expected more. It does it's basic job of cooking but I could have payed for a cheaper product for that. Like some people mentioned, the arrangement of burners couldn't be worse. The biggest and most used burners are in the back and you have to lean in to reach them. If that wasn't uncomfortable enough the oven touch pad reacts to the slightest brush. This forces you to either reset whatever you had going on in the oven or turn on the panel lock. The problem with that is you can't turn the panel lock if you have something cooking in the oven. This makes cooking on the stove top and in the oven at the same time a pain. The heat distribution is not even and the temperature settings are none existent. You have super high heat at the 9 and virtually no heat at 7 or lower. The oven itself takes way too long to heat up. And the warming drawer doesn't heat at all rendering it useless. I regret buying this product and given the opportunity to buy again I would stay far away from this range. Maybe Bosch makes other better models of range but this is just not it.

The benifits of induction are amazing but I want to talk about the Bosch HII8057U specifically. The stove is visually very sleek and modern. We like the 'no knobs' look and find the electronic stove top controls to be very intuitive to use and provide instant control of the 'burners'. The oven is easy as well and we love the third heating element around the covection fan. Baking, which we do a lot of, is very accurate and the grandkids approve of the impact on their beloved cholocate chip cookies. A great addition to our kitchen. The one feature that I would like to change is the placement of the stove top elements....the large element is in the middle right of the stove top and can be difficult to use depending on the height of the person using it. Wish it were closer to the front of the stove.

We have young children and wanted a induction stove for safety, and a oven that was efficient. The new stove is performing great, the auto-chef is a nice feature to heat the pans. Its also a nice looking unit. The oven heats very evenly. Recommend to anyone looking for a induction range.

It doesn't buzz nearly as loud as some reviews have mentioned. Really about the only concern we have at this point is that the ceran top seems to be easily scratched. Nothing major at this point but some small ones that can be seen when our led lights from the range hood are on.

The induction top starts water boiling in a very short time, but once the burner is turned off, the top is pretty much cool to touch. We find the oven cooks evenly...oh, and the oven racks have a lovely handle that makes pulling the racks out very easy, even when wearing an oven mitt. I would definitely recommend this range.
