Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don Bostitich Roofing nailers are junk. When they get cold, they miss and don't nail the nails down. I took mine back to store and they couldn't even get it to work. They gave me another gun. Same thing happened. I oil my guns every day for high use and that doesn't even help. I took it to a air gun repair centre and maybe fix it. NO Luck! Same thing happened again when I warmed it up in our service truck it works fine. Till you put down for Half hour then have same problem. Piece of JUNK do not buy. Temp coldest use -10c

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not made for Canadian winters This will not get you through a winter. The piston gaskets swell up and the gun seizes below -15. As an unintentional control test, I rented a nailer from the local Home Depot, desperate to finish my project, and theirs lasted 19 nails precisely before seizing. This was at -20C. Adding to this, Bostitch has a terrible warranty system. Their 7 year warranty might as well be 70 years, since you're unlikely to successfully make a claim on it either way.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from good nailer We are a small contracting company. We bought a used Bostitch roofing nailer a few years ago and have had no issues with it. We needed to purchase a 2nd nailer so we bought another Bostitch - as well as third one for one of our employees.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from This, the Makita compressor and a long reel of hose and you will have a good size roof done in an afternoon. All you need is someone to lay the shingles out for you as you go
