Rated 4 out of 5 by from Makes light work of snow removal I already love my tractor, but this blade allows me to use if for more than just mowing. I have used it multiple times this winter so far (and if anyone reading this lives in Southern Manitoba, you know how much snow we've gotten this year!). I love that the blade adjusts to 3 horizonal positions, allowing me to angle it so the snow coming off of the blade piles just to one side and I don't have to do another pass to clear both sides of the lane. I have only 2 complaints about this blade... the first, the assembly. It seemed to me like there were a few parts that could have come pre-assembled (ideally the whole thing would). Some of the assembly just seemed unnecessary. Second, the blade rides over the packed snow, rather than getting down under it to really clean the drive. Maybe if I pre-clear a section with the ice chipper and the shovel it might. All in all though, quite satisfied with this snow blade.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Nice product, well built and fits together nicely. I haven't had a chance to give this a real try. Assembly took a while (2-3 hours) but was straight forward and well documented. Appears to be well built and everything fit. The order came without the 42" wear blade but a phone call straightened that out and the new blade came within 10 days, no big IMO but I took a 1/2 star off my rating for this. The operating lever could be a bit longer - I'm going to fix that - another 1/2 star lost. I'm planning on using it to grade my driveway and smooth out some spots in the lawn. I might DIY a rake attachment to allow me to gather leaves, brush cuttings and grass clippings. I'm looking at this as a platform to allow me to experiment with my Ryobi 38" battery riding mower. Disclaimer: Modifications and off spec uses are my crazy ideas and I don't recommend them for anyone who isn't somewhat handy and willing to personally own the possible damage to life, equipment and property.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Incorrect Parts Quality looks great, but I cannot install, as the nuts required for Step 1 and Step 2 are not included - the wrong size nuts are in the package, leaving me to scramble to find some in a remote area. I called customer support 4 days ago and got no return call. Who knows how many other parts ore incorrect. Very disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Snow blade for Ryobi electric riding mower It is a fixed blade but works very well on moderate snowfall. Initial set up might require some adjust to get the blade to lock back in place but then operates well. Over all I am very pleased with this product.

I live in Manitoba and my Ryobi riding mower will be stored in an unheated garage. I would like to buy the snow blade but if I have to remove the battery for winter then having to install it to use it for snow removal would be a hassle.

Yes, that would be way too much hassle. I keep a little heater in my garage to keep it around or above freezing and then leave mt Ryobi charging year round. Plow on in winter, blades on in summer.

Will this blade work on the 30" Ryobi lawn tractor Model # RY48131?

No, it isn't compatible. The Ryobi blade is compatible with models RY48110, RY48111, and RY48112.

Is this compatible with a Ryobi RM300 electric riding mower? It is the 30” wide model which we got to fit through our gates.
