The thermostat is precise and easy to read and the convenient reversible glass door can be adjusted for either left or right-handed opening depending on your preference. Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not suitable for red wines! We bought this a month ago and loved the look of it and the size. It arrived carefully wrapped and in a very timely manner. However, we wanted it for red wines which are hard to keep at the right temperature especially during the summer. Unfortunately, the cooler stays at 50 degrees which is perfect for white wine but not red. When I phoned Danby, about this problem, they immediately asked where the cooler was located. When we told them the garage they said that was the problem and to move it indoors. We immediately did this but the temperature stayed the same..... most disappointing!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Excellent frig for the money I needed to replace my GE wine chiller after 8 years because GE has discontinued their small chiller line. After a lot of research and reviews, I decided on the Danby. It was a little challenging to set the temperature because the controls don't have any temperature markings, but after a few days of trial and error, it seems to be just fine and it is keeping wines chilled. It's a bit noisier than the GE, but it isn't that noticeable. Overall, an excellent product for a lower quality brand at a lower price point. If it lasts 8 years, I'll give it 5 stars!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Countertop fridge has worked flawlessly. I really like the capacity of the fridge. I make home made wine and never run out of chilled wine. I can put in multiple varieties in the fridge and can offer guests anything they desire.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good fridge, but think twice if for red wines The fridge itself is a good little fridge. But horrible for wine. Shouldn’t be called a wine fridge. Danby should upgrade the fridge dial at back with some kind of indicator to say what is the degree its on. A thick to slim line doesn’t help as fridge seem to be way too cold regardless of setting. I even at warmest setting was able to check temperature and it wasn’t near what Danby said it should be. So be cautious if you think of using this to store red wine. Save a little longer and go buy a Danby dual zone with proper temperature settings...

La plage 6-14 degrés annoncés est une fausse représentation.Inutile pour les rouges et pour les blancs un réfrigérateur fait aussi bien. Je vais sans doute le retourner mais c'est bien du trouble

Never liked the second fridge as a beer fridge so this one fits on the counter top, is quite and really does a great job of keeping item cold

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great wine and beer fridge for small spaces Overall, fits the bill as wanted a small fridge that would fit in a tight space and could accommodate my white wine and beer to have them colder than my cold room could provide (13C), and not tie up the main fridge. Looks nice and appreciate the glass door to see what is available in the fridge. My only complaint is that the coldest setting only gets the fridge down to 9C instead of the 6C as advertised. Not a big difference but for cold beer and some wines its a little high.
