Rated 1 out of 5 by from Dryer DOES NOT dry properly. Not happy with this dryer at all. Bought a couple weeks ago. Clothes are not dry at all. After about 40 minutes I open the door clothes are cool to touch and damp. Metal pipe not a flex hose, swapped my circuit breaker to see if that was it. No luck. Vent outside not hot air blowing. Out of the 10 loads we've done, only got lucky with one that I could feel heat on the pipe. Even tried disconnecting the pipe to see if it would heat up. Still cool after 10 minutes. The side of the machine gets hot but not inside. Old dryer would feel the warmth on the clothes after only a few minutes. I've tried every single setting. This dryer just sucks. I would not recommend it.

What is the drum made of and what is the coating on it that makes it Grey?

Is there a way to reconnect my dryer to the smart hq? I got logout and having difficulty to reconnect again as it says my home provider doesn't match up, I did check everything and it's the right wifi. Please help
