Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not a fan, but they fit the minimum requirement. Blinds say that they can be cut in store right on the package. Home Depot staff informed us that they don't have anything capable of cutting these, we asked about other stores and were informed none of the Home Depot stores can cut them. We cut them at home with scissors, its pretty hard to get them all the same and straight. The blinds themselves are thick plastic but they only have the pattern and color on one side, so you have to choose if you want them to look good from the inside or the outside. They have no connection at the bottom like the ones were were replacing so they swing a lot more. They also have to be bought in packs of 9 while none of the track systems need multiples of 9 so you will end up throwing some away, we ended up with 6 extra. Generally they just feel cheaper then the ones we had before. They are not great, they are not cheap but they do work.

Three packs of replacement louvres were enough to replace the older ones, with a few to spare. We were able to remove the old ones and hang the new ones in just a few minutes. It was super easy, saved us hundreds of dollars, and we love the new, fresh look.

If my window is 64 inch wide, how many of these sets should I order? Is each set 3.5 inch all together or 31.5 inch?

You will need 3 sets ,my patio door is 64” wide it takes 21 blinds ,which would be 2 full packs plus 3 blinds from the 3 pack . Hope this helps
