Rated 1 out of 5 by from Stay away from this product We bought this product about a year ago. Loved the look of it. The cheap cover they provided tore within weeks. After the winter we removed the new tapr we had protecting it only to find the faux concrete finish and paint were flaking off everywhere. Just like all the other customer reviews on here. Even the fire bowl itself split. I hate when companies know there is a problem yet continue to sell the product. People spend far to much of their hard end money for duds like this firepit turned out to be. We are currently trying to get a refund as it’s within the warranty period.

I thought it would be more of a concrete look and feel to it but it's much darker than the photos and is more of a hollow metal feel. Nevertheless, it is a good size, does the job and works nicely. Can warm up pretty good and fast, but not the hottest. Overall good built quality and I like the knobs and features.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible product with even worse customer service I have experienced the same peeling, chipping and cracking that others have with this sub-par product. I submitted my original warranty inquiry back on April 10th. It takes a month to get anyone to reply to multiple emails. After over two months, there is still no end in sight to this appeal. I would not recommend any product made by this manufacturer, regardless of rating, as they will not respond to you, if anything does goes wrong. Home depot should stop selling this product and demand better customer service from its suppliers, if they continue to carry their products.

I had put the fire table away in storage over the winter and when I took it out a few weeks ago the paint had started peeling off and the concrete has crumbled in many areas. The fire table was in good condition before storage of winter months. Unfortunately now I am without a fire table and it was a huge waste of money. Do not buy

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Terrible product stay away ! We bought this fire table last spring use it for the summer, and we loved it. It Looked good, nice heat. No issues. Take the cover off in the spring and like all the other reviews the finish is completely destroyed. I read the owners manual last summer to see if it is allowed to be stored outside in the winter and nowhere did it state that they had to be stored inside. So nice try bond manufacturing claiming That it does. And then when you go threw the warranty process bond manufacturing says they’re going to give me $260. I payed like $600 for this thing like less then a year ago. How ridiculous! I’ve been in warranty talks since April... it’s now June. We’ll see where this goes. will update this when A resolution is reached.

The glass has stayed intact with no rust on the connectors. But the entire faux concrete is crumbling to pieces. Buyer beware do not buy this piece of furniture. Has anyone tried to repair the top if so what product did they use. For $800 that should never have happened.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Aesthetically appealing but... Purchased this fire pit 4 weeks ago and the unit has hairline cracks from the heat even though the fire pit is always covered when not in use. These cracks cover the whole top surface and sides of the faux concrete finish.

Hi I'm just wondering if you have fixed the issues that everyone seems to be having with this unit. I am looking for something like this but I need it to last longer than 1 season.

I’ve had my unit only a couple of months. It can scratch/chip easily. works great. Started properly on first lighting. Used 3 bags of fire glass instead of lava rock. Cover that comes with unit probably will last a year. Heavy but that’s neither good or bad. Great height to feel the heat. Nice to put feet up and put a drink on. I have a 30lbs propane tank hooked up and it works fine. If my unit makes it thru a Vancouver winter I would recommend this fire pit, but all those bad reviews say something.
