Its also important to have enough width (panels)for your opening so that the curtain can ruffle on the curtain rod. Im very happy with these curtains and they make my bedroom considerably darker. I no longer have lights beaming into my eyes anymore! Why didnt I buy these sooner?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great price quality material ! I was not expecting such good quality for the price. Hard to find long curtains at this length. Take a paint chip to make sure colour is right. Sort of a slight silver colour will pick up blues and green. Very soft feel and didn't need to steam out wrinkles. I use with blinds underneath. If you want a true block out blinds these are not for you.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Elegant curtains I've installed these curtains in my bonus room. It looks really nice. My house is south facing, I found that during the day it gets real bright. These curtains do darken the room, I wouldn't say that its pitch black but it's pretty dark. During the evening, when the curtains are closed, it is dark like a threater. I love the Damask pattern and the softness of it. I had to steam it to press out the wrinkles from the packaging. Totally recommend.
