Rated 1 out of 5 by from WASTE OF $$$$$$$$$ I would give the Jade Bath St Tropez shower column 'ZERO" stars but that is not an option. Its a fancy name for a piece of junk ! I have had the St Tropez shower column less than a year and the hose broke while cleaning it (see attached pic). One of the spray nozzles leaked even when the water was turned off. This cause a water stain on the column itself which cant be removed by cleaning (see attached photo). Despite the shower column is still under Warranty, Jade Bath refused to REFUND or REPLACE the shower column. Instead they want to send replacement parts, Parts this will need to be installed by a plumber and cost you money. While the hose can be replaced, the water stain on the column cannot ! The St Tropez shower column has become an 'Eye Sore" and needs to be thrown in the garbage where it belongs. Dont waste your time or money on this product.

Hey HD...Can you please confirm this is the correct installation guide for this product? Based on the guide diagrams, the one posted is for an entirely different unit.
